Our office accepts cash, check, and credit cards for your convenience.  Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, unless other financial arrangements have been made.  Cash and checks can be dropped off with your provider, or mailed to First Responders Psychological Services at S44W33100 Connemara Drive, Dousman, WI 53118.  Payments made via credit card can be done by simply clicking on the “Pay Now” button below. 

 

For payments made via credit card, a 3% convenience fee will apply.
